We are assembling a team of AI engineers to develop AI-powered business tools, including:

1. AI Tool Developers & Software Engineers

For developers who specialize in building AI-powered applications and backend systems.

• Develop AI-powered agents such as Callie (AI receptionist), Emmy (email assistant), Revy (review response AI), and Optimo (SEO optimization bot).

• Integrate AI tools with third-party automation platforms like Zapier, Make, and API-based solutions.

• Optimize AI workflows for business automation.

• Ensure AI tools are scalable, reliable, and easy to use for small businesses.

2. AI Automation & Integration Engineers

For those who specialize in connecting AI tools to business processes.

• Develop AI-powered automation workflows to handle repetitive tasks.

• Integrate AI tools into CRM, email, customer service, and business analytics platforms.

• Leverage APIs to connect AI solutions with third-party business tools.

• Optimize AI pipelines to ensure smooth automation for business clients.

3. AI Specialists & Prompt Engineers

While development is our primary focus, we also value AI specialists who optimize AI-generated outputs, refine prompt engineering, and improve AI workflows.

• Develop optimized AI workflows for business automation.

• Train and fine-tune AI models for accuracy and efficiency.

• Test and improve AI-generated outputs to ensure consistency and quality.

What We’re Looking For

We need AI developers, engineers, and specialists who have:

• Experience in AI development, including working with GPT-4, Claude, Gemini, LangChain, Whisper, Rasa, or similar.

• Programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or other AI-focused languages.

• Experience with APIs and automation tools like Zapier, Make, or custom-built AI integrations.

• A passion for building AI-driven tools that solve real-world business problems.

Not an expert in all of these? No problem! We value a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.

Work Hours & Remote Expectations

• This is a fully remote position, open to applicants primarily in the Philippines.

• Team Meetings & Collaboration: You must be available to work from 11 PM to 3 AM (Philippine Time) for team meetings and project discussions.

• Normal Workweek: 40 hours per week, but motivated developers may put in extra time upfront to launch AI tools faster and unlock higher bonuses.

Performance-Based Salary Increases & Bonuses

How Bonuses Work

• Bonuses are stackable – the more tools you help build and grow, the more bonuses you earn.

• Everyone on the team can contribute – from coding and automation to testing and refining.

• Bonuses are distributed based on contribution, so even if you didn’t lead the project, your work still earns you rewards.

• Bonuses are permanent salary increases – once earned, they are added to your base monthly salary forever.

• Performance-based increases happen immediately – no need to wait for annual reviews. As soon as you hit a milestone, your salary increases.

• Your earning potential grows with each successful AI project – the more you contribute, the higher your salary becomes.

Milestone-Based Bonus System

Bonuses are earned in three key stages of tool development:

• Release of "Bug-Free" MVP (Minimum Viable Product) – Earn 16.7% of the project’s total bonus when an AI tool is completed and passes initial testing.

• First Paid Client – Earn 33.3% of the project’s total bonus when a business starts using the AI tool and pays for it.

• Tool Reaches $1,000 USD in Monthly Revenue – Earn the final 50% of the project’s total bonus once the tool generates at least $1,000 per month.

Project-Based Bonus Scaling

Different AI projects have different levels of complexity, so bonuses vary based on the type of tool you help develop:

• Chat AI Agents – 9,000 PHP permanent salary increase.

• Call AI Agents – 30,000 PHP permanent salary increase.

• Advanced Automation AI (Custom Workflows, API AI) – 15,000 PHP permanent salary increase.

• Business Data AI (Analytics, SEO AI, Lead Scoring AI, etc.) – 12,000 PHP permanent salary increase.

• Simple Task Automation AI – 5,000 PHP permanent salary increase.

Example: If you contribute 30% of the total work on a Call AI Agent, you would receive 9,000 PHP added permanently to your monthly salary (30% of 30,000 PHP).

• You can participate in ANY or ALL projects, meaning more bonuses and salary increases.

• As the company grows, new AI projects will be added, creating continuous earning potential.

OJT Program & Career Growth

• If you lack experience but have a strong work ethic, you can start in the On-the-Job Training (OJT) program at 10K–15K PHP per month, with full bonus eligibility.

• OJT members will transition to full AI developer status upon completing major AI projects or demonstrating sufficient AI development skills.

• Rapid growth opportunities exist for those who take initiative, build AI tools, and contribute to the success of the company.
