DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Review and manage month-end close activities, including financial statement review and analysis, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

  • Responsible for client communications

  • Resolve ad-hoc client requests

  • Provide oversight of bookkeeping and operational accounting responsibilities including AR and AP.

  • Delegate tasks to team members based on capacity and priority, optimizing workflow and efficiency.

  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members.

  • Provide the CFO with key insights and recommendations.

  • Develop and maintain financial models to support decision-making and forecasting.

  • Perform software revenue recognition and accrual accounting, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • CPA and bachelor's degree holder in Accounting or any related field

  • Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience in US organizations, with at least 2 years of management

  • Proven experience in the preparation of financial statements and analysis

  • Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and tools

  • Strong background in process implementation and improvement

  • Expertise in accrual accounting

  • Ability to work well within a team and provide effective leadership

  • Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both written and oral

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Prefer experience with high-volume, transaction related businesses.
