Responsibilities:
Manage all bookkeeping tasks for the company, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.
Create and maintain accurate financial records using Xero accounting software.
Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.
Process vendor payments and maintain accurate records of all expenses.
Manage staff expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.
Prepare and maintain schedules to support audits.
Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters.
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
