Responsibilities:

  • Manage all bookkeeping tasks for the company, including recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and reconciling bank statements.

  • Create and maintain accurate financial records using Xero accounting software.

  • Prepare and send invoices to clients and follow up on outstanding payments.

  • Process vendor payments and maintain accurate records of all expenses.

  • Manage staff expenses and ensure compliance with company policies.

  • Prepare and maintain schedules to support audits.

  • Provide support to the finance team in budgeting and forecasting.

  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.

  • Communicate with clients and vendors regarding financial matters.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
