Account Manager / Senior Account Manager

Key Responsibilities
Client Servicing
Serve as the primary contact for client accounts, offering day-to-day counsel and managing issues with composure.
Oversee projects, work plans, and event logistics, ensuring deliverables align with the agreed scope and timelines.
Provide input into team roles, optimise resources, and maintain accountability for meeting client expectations.
Public Relations Expertise
Craft communications and integrated media strategies with clear deliverables and deadlines.
Develop messaging documents, pitch for media opportunities, support media training and spokesperson briefings.
Analyse media coverage and provide actionable insights.
Business Development
Support new business by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
Media and Influencer Relations
Maintain a deep understanding of local and Southeast Asian media landscapes.
Build and leverage relationships with key media and influencers relevant to clients.
Requirements
Experience : 4–6 years in communications, including agency-side roles.
Connections : Strong relationships with media, influencers, and stakeholders.
Skills : Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and analytical skills.
Attributes : Entrepreneurial mindset, empathetic team player, and resilience under pressure.
Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Leadership : Proven ability to coach and manage a team.
